A Letter from the Owner
My earliest and most cherished memories with animals date back to when I was two years old. Watching my eldest brother interact with our Newfoundland puppy, Baron, on the couch, I learned how to compassionately approach and befriend him. From then on, animals became an integral part of our family. We took Baron everywhere with us, from hikes in the fells reservation to trips to beaches and dunes along the south shore. Our cats, each with their unique personalities, also added to the joy of having animals in our lives.
After graduating with a BA in Psychology and earning the All-Eastern soccer Player award from The University of New Hampshire, I started my career as a Case Manager in mental health. Later, I transitioned to the wellness industry as a Personal Trainer, incorporating comprehensive wellness into the lives of individual clients and groups through various avenues. I am a Winchester High School alumna, known for being an All American Soccer player and three-season athlete, which led me to compete with the American Women's Soccer Team in Europe. In addition to my athletic achievements, I received the Lauren Levy Award for athleticism and compassion, and I was inducted into the Winchester Hall of Fame for soccer and gymnastics.
Now residing in Winchester, I am a passionate mother and an entrepreneur actively involved in the growth of my business, No Dog Too Small...Dog Walking and Pet Sitting, LLC. With a deep love for animals and a commitment to exceptional care, I take pride in providing pet care services to families in the area while maintaining a strong focus on my family's well-being.

Best-in-show-dog Judge

For over 10 years, Deborah has volunteered her time as a Judge for the Best in Show Dog competition hosted by the Winchester Chamber of Commerce. Even in her off time, Deborah still looks for new ways to learn from and explore new animals and experiences!
Meet the Team
Dereck is a retired U.S. Marine veteran with over a decades worth of experience training dogs. He's worked with them from basic obedience all the way up to personal K9 protection.
His love for animals started when he was a kid. He was glued to Animal Planet documentaries and shows like Wild Kratts, and from that moment he knew he wanted to work with animals of all shapes and sizes. Growing up in an apartment, he wasn’t allowed to have pets at home, so he made it his mission to be around them any way he could. He volunteered at the MSPCA, spent time in the woods catching and observing small critters, and even played with garden snakes.
Today, he shares his home with his own little zoo — two dogs, two cats, three snakes, two tarantulas, and one bird. Everything he does with animals is rooted in the discipline, patience, and respect he learned in the Marines. Whether he's training a dog or caring for his own crew, he's passionate about helping people build strong, trusting relationships with their animals.

He treats every animal he cares for like they’re his own. Building trust is incredibly important to him, and he loves seeing animals thrive in a calm, supportive environment.
In his downtime, you’ll usually find him reading, cooking, or catching a movie — He's a huge film fan and loves going to the theater whenever he can.
He has a dog named Roy — his best friend and the inspiration behind his journey into professional animal care. Caring for him sparked his passion for working with animals and providing dependable, loving care to pets in his community.
